What is a Wallet?
A wallet is where you are able to own your digital assets. In this tutorial, we will be showing how to own a Polygon Wallet with MetaMask.
How do I install MetaMask?
Go to https://metamask.io/ and click the “Download” button, which will take you to the relevant store to download the extension or app based on the device and browser you’re using. From there, you will need to add the Polygon Network.
Add the Polygon-Mainnet network manually
To add Polygon’s Mainnet, click on the Network selection dropdown and then click on Custom RPC.
It will open up a form with 2 tabs on the top,

In the Settings tab you can add:
Network Name Field:
Polygon MainnetNew RPC URL:
https://polygon-rpc.com/Chain ID Field:
137Currency Symbol:
MATICBlock Explorer URL Field:
https://polygonscan.com/
Once you’ve added the information click on Save. You will be directly switched to Polygon’s Mainnet now in the network dropdown list. You can now close the dialog. You have successfully added Polygon Network to your Wallet! Please Contact Us for further support!
